Terms of Use

By accessing or using EPSTOPIK HUB (the “Site” or “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

EPSTOPIK HUB provides independent educational materials, practice questions, mock examinations, interview preparation, skill-test training, and progress tools for learners preparing for EPS-related assessments.

EPSTOPIK HUB is not an official website of HRD Korea, the EPS program, any Korean government authority, or any testing authority. Practice scores, predictions, sample answers, and completion records are for learning purposes only and do not guarantee admission, employment, visa approval, or an official examination result.

• You must provide accurate and current registration information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and access to your devices.
• You may not sell, transfer, share, or commercially rent access to your account.
• You must notify us promptly if you believe your account or premium access has been used without authorization.

We may use device and session controls to protect accounts, prevent concurrent abuse, and maintain service security. You remain responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.

Some content is available without charge. Other lessons, examination sets, audio, result features, or practice tools may require an active premium entitlement. The content, duration, price, and currency shown at checkout apply to the selected package.

A “lifetime” package means access for the supported lifetime of the Service and the purchasing account. It does not guarantee that the Service, every feature, or every item of content will remain available indefinitely. We may update, replace, reorganize, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

Premium purchases may be completed through PayPal, Buy Me a Coffee, Pay2S, and their payment processors. Their separate terms and privacy practices also apply. EPSTOPIK HUB does not directly collect or store your complete payment-card details.

• Use the email address associated with your EPSTOPIK HUB account when requested at checkout so that the purchase can be matched and activated.
• Access may remain pending while a payment, webhook, transaction identifier, refund, dispute, or chargeback is being verified.
• Refunds are subject to applicable law, the checkout provider’s rules, and the nature of any digital content already supplied or accessed.
• Premium access may be suspended or removed if the related payment is refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or subject to a successful chargeback.

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial learning. You must not:

• copy, scrape, republish, sell, or redistribute substantial parts of the Service;
• circumvent premium restrictions, access controls, rate limits, or security measures;
• upload malicious code or interfere with servers, APIs, audio, or other users;
• automate access in a way that places an unreasonable load on the Service;
• use the Service to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights;
• misrepresent practice results as official examination results.

The Site’s software, interface, branding, original explanations, compilations, and learning materials are owned by or licensed to EPSTOPIK HUB and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal study.

Third-party names, examination references, images, audio, videos, trademarks, and linked materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

You retain rights in notes, names, answers, handwriting, and other material you enter. You grant us only the rights reasonably necessary to process, store, display, secure, and synchronize that material for operation of the Service. Some materials may remain only in your browser’s local storage unless a feature explicitly synchronizes them.

The Service may use or link to Google, YouTube, PayPal, Buy Me a Coffee, payment processors, advertising networks, text-to-speech providers, and other external services. We do not control their availability, content, or independent privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

We may maintain, update, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, internet failures, provider outages, device limitations, browser restrictions, and events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EPSTOPIK HUB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of opportunity, loss of data, examination outcomes, employment decisions, or reliance on educational content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid to EPSTOPIK HUB for the affected Service during the preceding twelve months, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated, payment fraud or security risk is present, or suspension is necessary to comply with law or protect users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law in your country applies. Before filing a formal claim, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the matter through the official support channel.

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, security, operational, payment, or feature changes. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
